Kindergarten

Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.  Proverbs 22:6

Students will rotate through a variety of skills assessments stations designed to determine each child’s readiness for kindergarten, including a vision and hearing screening.  After students have completed the stations, the class assembles in the kindergarten classroom where they spend some time with Mrs. Fry before they head down to the cafeteria for their first CLS lunch.

We educate the whole child by providing experiences for each child to grow…

  • Tuition assistance is available through ILSTO, SPICE and REACH.
  • Busing is available to CLS students through Benton Community Schools.
  • After school care is available through the Kids for Jesus program.
