Hi, I’m Cassi Mumby!

Hello, my name is Cassi Mumby and I am a para educator at CLS.

My husband, Damian, and I have been married for 11 years, and we have two boys, who both attend CLS. Jaxton will be in 4th grade and Maverick will be in Kindergarten. Damian works at Quaker Oats, and coaches the boys various sports teams. I am a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Newhall, where I have served on the VBS committee for 4 years. I try to stay as involved as possible at CLS as I am on the Marketing Committee and Playground Committee, as well as various other volunteer opportunities as that arise.

I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Finance. When we had our first son, I left the working life to become a stay-at-home mom for almost 8 years. Since going back to work, I have realized my true calling is to help children grow and realize their full potential. I have worked at Central as a substitute since Spring 2024. I have enjoyed getting to know all of the wonderful children and families at CLS, and look forward to collaborating with and assisting the needs of the teachers at Central Lutheran School.
