Cheers! I am Rachel (Mantz) McLeod, Central’s Food Director / Head Cook… AKA “The Lunch Lady” at the Cougar Cafe. This is my third year at CLS; my favorite activity is getting to interact with them as chapel families assemble gingerbread houses at Christmastime!! CLS has been a blessing in so many ways, but one of the best is getting to work in a place where my children stop in to say hi and give hugs multiple times a day (ok, maybe not the oldest, but with her I get to step out of the kitchen and give her that big hug or kiss IN FRONT OF HER FRIENDS!!)
I am married to Darric (your county maintainer operator if you live near Blairstown) and we have three children ~Coralou, 9; Adley, 8; Kaylin 7~. I enjoy concerts and travel and junking and just getting together to spend time with family and friends.
One of my favorite verses is Romans 8:28: “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose.”
